CEO and Founder
Dr. Ross Federgreen drives innovation as CEO and founder at CSR Professional Services, Inc. His 35 years of experience include regulatory compliance as well as data life cycle management and security of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) for multi-national corporations including the Fortune 50, financial institutions, non-profit organizations and governmental agencies. He is also the inventor and patent-holder of the CSR Breach Reporting ToolKit® service. His career has included The Rockefeller Fund, McKinsey & Company and Booz-Allen-Hamilton.
Dr. Federgreen has advised the United States Senate and the US Agency for International Development (USAID). In addition he has served on the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Publications Advisory committee as well as the Electronic Transactions Association's (ETA) Data Security Task Force. He currently is involved with many aspects of the European Privacy Association and the European Union.
Dr. Federgreen received his Bachelor's Degree from Hofstra University with Highest Departmental Honors, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and received his Doctorate from Yale University. He holds the internationally recognized Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US), Canada (CIPP/C), Government (CIPP/G) and Europe (CIPP/E) designations. Additionally, Dr. Federgreen is a European Privacy Association Fellow.
Susan Federgreen, CIPP/US
Susan Federgreen is a results-oriented accounting and finance professional with experience and a proven track record in developing, implementing and improving business processes at corporate levels.
Experienced in cost, internal controls, operations, managerial accounting, business planning, financial analysis, budgeting and innovation, Mrs. Federgreen is recognized as a strategic thinker with sound business judgment, forecasting and negotiation skills with the ability to analyze corporate financial results. Her excellent communication skills and great sense of humor have earned the respect of clients, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
Previously, Mrs. Federgreen was with Nabisco Brands, serving as senior logistics analyst. Her knowledge and skills were utilized to develop physical distribution of product strategies, as well as warehouse and distribution budget management. Prior to Nabisco, Federgreen completed numerous consulting engagements on budget and financial matters for local city governments, medical practices and several political campaigns.
Mrs. Federgreen received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven after earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Brooklyn College and City University of New York. She also holds the internationally recognized Certified Information Privacy Professional United States (CIPP/US) designation.
Jenny Kim Heyns, CIPT
Vice President of Information Systems
Jenny Kim Heyns is responsible for the technical vision, infrastructure, development and technical support for CSR Professional Services, Inc. With over 20 years of experience in software development with specialties in software architecture, technical project management, usability assessment, user behavior analysis and information architecture. Mrs. Heyns has extensive knowledge in managing and directing large scale development projects focusing on business process development and streamlining operations. Focusing on the areas of deployability, user experience, scalability, and data privacy and security she has been able to implement enterprise level solutions that have exceeded the expectations of business owners, partners and end users.
Prior to joining the CSR Management team, Mrs. Heyns was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Growing Technologies a software development company providing custom application development and business and technology consulting. Mrs. Heyns has experience in a variety of industries to include; healthcare, bankcard, telecommunications, nonprofit, environmental sciences and ecommerce industries.
Mrs. Heyns believes in giving back to the community. She served on the Board the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council (CBIC) and was a volunteer mentor for a non-profit focused on introducing and teaching technical skills to lower income children.
Mrs. Heyns is a graduate of the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Systems Engineering. She also hold the internationally recognized Certification of Information Privacy Technologies (CIPT) designation.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Steve Green is a self-driven, highly motivated and seasoned sales professional who brings more than 15 years of enterprise level sales experience. Mr. Green started his sales career at Lanier and quickly promoted to Sales Manager. Mr. Green holds the honor of being the youngest Sales Manager in the history of Lanier (now Ricoh Business Systems).
In 2007, Mr. Green leveraged his leadership and sales experience at Stericycle where he championed the launch into new business lines such as Maritime. Mr. Green has worked with globally and nationally recognized companies like Caterpillar, HCA, Royal Caribbean, Tenet Healthcare, Crowley, and Carnival and attributes his success to hard work, follow through, and his unique ability to break down complex business needs and apply simple and strategic solutions to businesses.
Mr. Green holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Florida.
